Optum Westage is THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to try and receive medical care. There are some caring NP's but most of the doctors are impossible to get ahold of. They only want NEW patients. I am trying to escape Optum doctors one by one. Even their complaint department does not pick up the phone. IRONY?
Every time I come here for a physical my doctor sends me for unnecessary bloodwork, and as if that wasn't bad enough in itself already I always seem to get the same woman who positively STABS me, then leaves the needles in for 5 minutes will constantly tugging and pulling and causing a lot of unneeded pain and bruising. Urgent care is always insane lines and 3 minutes with a doctor after a 2 hour wait but at least they give you answers most of the time.

Rude and miserable people to deal with.
This one of the most unprofessional and discourteous offices I’ve ever experienced. They almost never answer the phone, I really think I will win the lotto before they answer the phone. It’s almost every optum office that treat patients this way. When you finally get an appointment, they make you wait an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room.
