I made a doctor's appointment a while ago for December 23rd. This was a first time visit with the PCP that my insurance assigned me after my insurance changed. Five minutes before closing on the 22nd they left me a message that the doctor had an emergency right before Christmas and would not be in and gave me no options. I called back 15 minutes later, but they had closed. Im not sure why I've seen one stars here. But I made an appointment yesterday, and I was there today. Nurses are super thorough and welcoming!! Place was super clean. Dr Jansari definitely was very thorough and clear with his instructions. Very glad we chose this place!!
Extremely hard to get someone one the phone. There is a prompt when you are on hold that if I press 1 I can get a call back and I won't loose my place in line. Absolutely false. BEYOND frustrated.
