The sevice is very poor even to talk over the phone with the reception. They say the clinic is open since 8 a.m. but Mondays they do not answer the phone until past 10.am. It is a real nightmare.

I had previously given this walk-in clinic a favourable review, but in light of some changes, I can no longer stand by that. I presented with a suspected ear infection and was refused to be seen, despite being front of the line. The receptionist said that Dr. Khan no longer does ear stuff, because if there is something more serious wrong, there's a 2-year wait for an ENT specialist.
