The front desk staff is lovely as are the support team in back. The PA..Rebecca, made me feel humiliated, embarrassed and uncomfortable because I have not been able to have tests done.. I pay out of pocket..no insurance and yes, I need to be up to date on standard screening tests. However, I do not need to be belittled. I am a healthcare provider and would never speak to a patient the way I was spoken to.
PA Tio Livingston and his staff in North Haven are the best! I am claustrophobic and have severe anxiety amongst other health issues and I always have the best experience there! I got the day off from work to get a new doctor. Today was the day and 1 hour before my appointment they cancelled my appointment. Saying no more new patients. No good since I waited 3 weeks to for this appointment. Was so mad they did this 1 hour before I was do in there please I guess all new patients can expect this. So I say I will let people know what you did . not good
My 1 star is NOT AT ALL towards the doctors, assistants, or office employees. This is strictly against the people who answer the phones & schedule. My dad had a pre-op appointment which was later told to us by his surgeon that it had to be at a later date (closer to surgery). I called to reschedule and thought it was all set... until today when the surgeon called and the appointment was NEVER rescheduled!
