I wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I need a refill, they ignore the pharmacy request. I have to call them and prod them to get a refill EVERY SINGLE TIME. The Last time I visited their office I was 30 minutes early for the appointment. Then I ended up being seen 3 hours later... I waited in one of the patient rooms for about an hour of that time. I could hear the doctor calling in other people after me and seeing them. Absolute worst doctor's office I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!

I have NEVER left a review for anything but I couldn’t let this go. Will be calling office tomorrow to make formal complaint. Front desk receptionist is just down right rude! I walked in through an OPEN DOOR @ 6:09pm (website & sign on door say close @ 7pm) went up front desk (older lady) & said think my 4yr old daughter has a UTI she’s screaming/crying when she goes to bathroom & says it hurts (she’s crying holding herself in office) & had to go again. Incredibly negative experience due to the rude receptionist. Dr Koenig and his clinical staff are kind and professional. The practice group should be reevaluating their patient facing support staffs ability to tell the truth and have some semblance of humanity for the patients and family coming here. Disgusting attitude especially coming from a supposed medical facility
This is an odd place. I can’t comment on the care I received because the receptionist (who clearly presented as lacking the courtesy gene) told me that urgent care was available only to existing primary care patients. This caused me to wonder what the “Walk-ins Welcomed” sign conspicuously placed at eye level on the front door meant. Are these people looking to boost their portfolio of one-star reviews?
