Extremely rude woman working behind desk. Very unprofessional
Dr.konig is great been going there for 3 years. had no issues with receptionist, getting meds called in or the doctor himself. He always listens to me and takes his time. I will continue my care there for the foreseeable future.
Horrific office experience. Booked an appointment with this office on Zocdoc to see Corin Newman who showed up in my search result as a Dermatologist. Received a Zocdoc confirmation email only to be told at the time of the appointment, upon my arrival, that they moved my appointment to a different time with a different doctor as Corin was not in the office that day. I wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I need a refill, they ignore the pharmacy request. I have to call them and prod them to get a refill EVERY SINGLE TIME. The Last time I visited their office I was 30 minutes early for the appointment. Then I ended up being seen 3 hours later... I waited in one of the patient rooms for about an hour of that time. I could hear the doctor calling in other people after me and seeing them. Absolute worst doctor's office I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!
