Daughter went in for A TB test for school. Was told it was fully covered by insurance They told her the TB test was covered and it was but then they charged over $550 fo an office visit. She was charged for a depression screening as well as she was charged for 2 BP tests in the same visit. BTW the depression screening was not done and there is no licensed therapist or psychiatrist on staff. They just want to pad the bill
Dr young was very helpful, showed me a diagram of what was going on and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment
Staff is amazing Doctors, PA are great amazing customer service!
The Negative experience I had is related to the Patchogue office,not Bayshore. When I found I needed to go above the individual whom was so unprofessional..I then started to send letter and emails to the owner of this business. The staff informed me that Dr. Ali Faiza of the Coram office is the owner. Sadly she does not respond to any of my multiple emails sent to her in request to some form of explanation or redemption. If I can give this place zero stars I would very rude and disgusting and disrespectful espically Gisselle with a nasty attitude don’t work if you don’t want to no ones forcing you.
