Red flag number 1: Even though I signed in as a new patient, they never took my information at the front desk. No paperwork, no insurance card, etc. Red flag number 2: When the doctor came in, he never confirmed my name or date of birth. wasted my time. I called asking if they do medical clearance and they told me yes which I needed the next day. I switched my primary care over to faiza ali came in, did all the paper work even reminded the lady I had a $15 co pay which she was going to forget to charge me for the dr rose or rosie to tell me no if i was patient with her for a week she would've but she doesn't know if im going to remain a patient with her. so basically they took my $15 for NO reason, and she could've done it but didnt want to. definitely chang... read more

Daughter went in for A TB test for school. Was told it was fully covered by insurance They told her the TB test was covered and it was but then they charged over $550 fo an office visit. She was charged for a depression screening as well as she was charged for 2 BP tests in the same visit. BTW the depression screening was not done and there is no licensed therapist or psychiatrist on staff. They just want to pad the bill
