I had a very similar experience with the office staff at Dr. Javier Ezpinal’s office. They told me a referral was sent to my insurance weeks in advance, but when I followed up with the insurance company myself, they had no record of it. I’m extremely disappointed with the office staff at Dr. Javier Ezpinal’s office. They are disorganized and unresponsive. A referral for my CT scan was supposedly sent to the insurance company three months ago, but I found out it was only submitted five days before my appointment. No one followed up with the insurance, and no one informed me of the delay. The lack of professionalism and accountability from the staff is unacceptable.
