My Mother and my sister go to this Center and lately there's a problem calling this Office, all calls are directed to the call center. they are very rude and disrespectful and then they hang up on you, is very hard to had them transfer you to the Tamarac office; Please correct.
Muy difícil hablar con alguien en el front desk, siempre hay una contestadora que limita la comunicación directa con el centro. Demasiada negligencia con los referidos. Para poder tener un referido a tiempo es casi imposible, toca estar encima de ellos para poder lograrlo.
