If I could leave zero stars, I would. For the past three weeks, I have been trying to obtain referrals for my disabled mother, and the experience has been beyond frustrating and unacceptable. No one answers the phone, and when someone finally does, you're immediately placed on hold often for 30 minutes to over an hour only to be transferred or placed on hold yet again. The doctor is a very rude don’t care about patients and the receptionists are also terrible. They told me a referral was sent to my insurance weeks in advance, but when I followed up with the insurance company myself, they had no record of it. Turns out the referral was sent much later than I was told, and no one from the office ever followed up to make sure it was processed.
