This place is absolutely the worst! The people at the front desk barely speak English and they have only one doctor to see all the patients so the waiting time is so ridiculous! You never see the doctor within 30 mins of arrival. I am switching my mom primary doctor ASAP!!🤬
Very disappointing experience with CareMax, especially regarding the treatment of my elderly parents. My father needed a referral to see his dermatologist, whom he has seen before. This is also not the first time CareMax has issued a referral for him to see this doctor. However, CareMax issued more than four referrals with the wrong address.
