I love Dr. DIlley! She provides exceptional care and her staff is awesome as well. Danielle is such a pleasure:) I followed her from her previous practice and will always remain in her care.
Dr. Dilley and her staff are wonderful. I appreciate the way they stay on track and advise me on when to call. She is the best MD I have had in over 25 years in Brevard County.
I followed Dr. Dilley to CareMax from Steward because she's a wonderful doctor. But my experience with the CareMax office has been abysmal. It's impossible to get in touch with the actual office staff. You have to speak with a call service which can't do much more than schedule appointments. Even if you leave a message for the office staff it never gets returned. The portal is broken, so essentially non-existent. There's just no functional communication.
I am so excited to be back with Dr Dilley after being out of network! The staff at this location are amazing (shoutout to medical assistant Danielle and the kind front desk lady), and the office itself seems clean & new. Dr Dilley herself has always been great (I was with her for years with Seward Medical Group), and she acts as both my GP and OBGYN.
