I call CareMax, CareLess now because they could care less about patients such as myself. I made an appointment on March 6th for Dr. Jones Cemelus after seeing how highly rated he is. But when I got there I was seen by Venante Servalis, APRN. She’s an incredible health care provider and really heard me out. She’s very polite, kind, and respectful so I was happy she saw me that day despite being scheduled to see Dr. Cemelus. They do not relay messages to the doctor. they answer the phone and tell you anything. Do not waste your time going the staff is worthless
i had A KNEE xray a month never got the xray report they never sent it over to the new doc i would never use them again very dissappointed
The worst customer service ever!!!! Atrocious. Rude, incompetant, dont return ph calls and hang up on you and you wait on hold forever, referrals not done or have wrong codes or no codes on them or wrong body parts. They really should change their name from CareMax to CareLESS!!!!! Run from them. The pits!
CarMax's overall service goes beyond bad to scary. This is what we experienced in the past 9 months. Office/call center not answering phones, when they do answer it takes over 30 minutes on the line on hold. Or there is no answer at all and if they do they hang up and this was also done to another doctor's office requesting information; after they placed various calls of no answer and sent multiple faxes. As a current patient, I'm looking to leave the craziness of this organization. Don't take me wrong, the physician is a great clinician, the problem is the support staff. Very unprofessional people working there with a few exceptions. If you're trying to get an appointment with a specialist sit and wait, referrals from your insurance carrier if you don't requested yourself you will die waiting. Then they found you a specialist 20 miles from where you live and give you 8 AM appointment. Way out of touch with people needs. O y... read more
