The people tat work in the office, the nurses and doctors are fabulous they make events and keep the patience entertained. THE ONE BIG BIG PROMBLEM IS THERE IS NO DIRECT LINE TO THIS OFFICE. WHEN YOU CALL IS SENT TO A CALLING CENTER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE NO ONE RESOLVES NOTHING THEY PROMISE AND NOTHING GET DONE. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE, NOT PAPER. I can never get my doc to call me back and they have no electronic medical records access. The doctor was very nice, so it's a shame they don't call you back and it's difficult to get a hold of anyone there.
The worst service. Tried to get my mother an appt. Aetna sent her some clinics in area and this was one of the clinics on the list. I called and they took mom's insurance (Aetna PPO) they had someome from the Casselberry office call her to complete the new patient enrollment. They contacted my mom and mom was unable to complete the enrollment during tjis call but was told they would call her back. 3 days had passed and no one returned her call. Lamentablemente después de una gran experiencia, hoy me he llevado una gran decepción con esta empresa médica. Estuve prácticamente una semana comunicadome con la farmacia y mi proveedor (Oficina de Casselberry) y después de varias excusas y quizá algunas mentiras, me indican que no me pueden proveer el servicio solicitado (Refill de medicamentos para alta presión) porque no hay un médico disponible que pueda enviar una orden a la farmacia, porque está de vacaciones.
