We can always look back and wish things had been different, but hopefully someone will read this BEFORE they go through what happened here. There are better, more experienced in caregiving, more reliable, more honest ones out there. Be careful. The caregivers in this agency keep quitting and so your caregiver may or may not come even if your senior is sick and an established client!
