The owner is a narcissist and completely incompetent. They pay low and they do not value their employees or their customers. I work with two other phenomenal agencies that know how to balance employee/ contracted facility relations. Eventually they’ll cease to exist as they’ll have no one to fill their shifts. There are too many good agencies - remember, you need us more than we need you. Humility goes a long way in life. 🤣
Very unprofessional. They get mad at you if you work for another agency and will remove you from their shifts . Haven’t worked for them for 2 years but have heard the same from other nurses . I’ve worked other agency now for years and they actually value me and don’t get upset if I have another job . After all this is agency ! You need more then one job to make it these days !

Sent my husband to a facility where there was no PPE available to CNAs working with 8 patients with COVID. Not only that, they tried to give him 20 rooms to himself, that’s FOURTY patients on 1 CNA. He called someone from CareMasters because he was treated super unfairly and to many hazards in place to even feel safe working. She told him he can leave and put the correct time on his timesheet he told a nurse he is leaving she said OK and he left. This is a awful place to work. I’ve been with the agency for only one week and it has been hell their staffing director is one of the rudest you will ever come across they don’t make you feel welcome the way they schedule shifts are ridiculous they scheduled me for an entire week at a place I never agreed to work they also will lie about not paying double and triple pay when current staff members show proof that they offer certain amounts for certain employees this is not a good place to work at all it’s not worth working he... read more
