I had an excellent experience with CareMaster. I dropped my rug off for a cleaning and had a quick turnaround, making the whole process incredibly easy. Rose and Deshion were fantastic, friendly, professional, a great to work with. The results were outstanding. My rug looks brighter, cleaner, and completely new. CareMaster delivered quality work. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Thankfully I have only had to take rugs for cleaning. Rose usually greets me up front and quickly gets my needs handled. Today, I was picking up the third rug Ive have cleaned over the last few years. This was a simple oval braided rug from my son's room, about 8x10. Rose and Deshion located the rug quickly and brought it to the car themselves. It was wrapped for storage, as I had asked. We had a large tree fall on our home and despite many challenges with our insurance provider, Craig and the Caremaster team were incredibly professional, diligent, and timely with follow-up and repairs. Not to mention, that they did a great job restoring our home, including matching some unique elements of our historic home. It was incredibly helpful to have such a reliable partner as we sorted through the challenges of repairing and restoring our home.

We thought we had found a company that would help us. Unfortunately dropped us after working with them for two months. No explanation. We requested detailed contract of what we were actually getting done. We would sign and give deposit based on that. We decided not to have some rooms and tile done. Because of how much more time it would take to finish and get our kitchen back. Guess they weren’t making enough money off of us and dropped us.
