We thought we had found a company that would help us. Unfortunately dropped us after working with them for two months. No explanation. We requested detailed contract of what we were actually getting done. We would sign and give deposit based on that. We decided not to have some rooms and tile done. We are so happy with the service we received from Caremaster. Our office carpets had not been cleaned in many years. They were in terrible shape. We called Caremaster and Rose was very helpful in scheduling the work and making a recommendation and referral for carpet stretching and repair. The work was scheduled quickly. Deshion was right on time and cleaned our whole office in 4.5 hrs. He did an exceptional job and we are so happy with the work that was done. Had this joke of a company in my house for a total of 7 days on 2 separate occasions to repair water damage. The result looks way worse than the damaged floor looked. Heard every excuse under the sun from them. They couldn't even match the gloss level correctly. They did garbage work that wouldn't be acceptable in a 3rd world county, and their workers left our house unlocked when they left. There are a million flooring companies. Trust me go elsewhere, or just save yourself some time and light your money on fire.

Beware!! Caremaster does not follow their own steps on their own website. Caremaster only saw insurance claim when they came into my home. Everyone involved knew I had metastasized lung cancer and though the job ended up being small, they treated it like it was very unimportant. I never in all my years of homeownership dealt with mold mitigation. Once they filed a claim with my insurance it took almost three weeks to get anything done. The communication was a mess. When we experienced water damage in our home, we initially called Servpro of Kinston for mitigation and repairs. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. As you can see in the photos (Left Caremaster’s completed work, Right-Servpro’s Disaster), their work was an absolute disaster. What you can’t see in the pictures is that they also performed illegal electrical work that could have caused a fire—putting our family at serious risk.
