When we experienced water damage in our home, we initially called Servpro of Kinston for mitigation and repairs. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. We came home after a few weeks away to discover our hot water heater had burst and leaked into our kitchen and bathroom. Fortunately, our friend made the connection to CareMaster for us. Within just a short time Pam Hill contacted us and got the ball rolling. The next morning she and her team were at our house to assess the damage and begin remediation. We have used CareMaster services at out location for many years and have found them to deliver excellent service in a timely manner with the upmost of professional care for our floors. They perform their service at our location twice a year and we are most satisfied with their attention to our concerns. We find Miss Rose King to be very helpful in the scheduling of our cleaning as we have a very narrow window for them to service our location. I have used Caremaster for over 30 years—in the 1990’s with the original owner and since the mid 2000’s with the current owner. I have had both my wall to wall carpeting cleaned as well as large and small area rugs. Caremaster always does a superb job, and I cannot say enough about the great customer service provided by Deshion Cooper and Rose King. I won’t go anywhere else for cleaning of my rugs.

I can't say enough about my experience with Care Master and especially the lady Pam Hill, who seemed to be the coordinator of what turned out to be a multi contractor job at my home, resulting from a leak between the walls. I must say though, Mrs. Hill came highly recommended from other sources, and that's an entirely different story.
