When we experienced water damage in our home, we initially called Servpro of Kinston for mitigation and repairs. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. Rose and Deshion did a fantastic job with two chair cushions that were old very dirty. Price was very reasonable and outcome was great. Caremaster always does a great job from my area rugs to upholstered pieces like benches and loose cushions like today. All the in-home services are also excellent.

My wife and I have been using CareMaster for almost two decades. From carpet cleaning to water remediation after a leaking hot water heater, CareMaster has always been very helpful. We have used CareMaster services at out location for many years and have found them to deliver excellent service in a timely manner with the upmost of professional care for our floors. They perform their service at our location twice a year and we are most satisfied with their attention to our concerns.
