Everything I have ever eaten at Carelli's is mouth watering. I find myself savoring every sauce, mussel, eggplant parm and I am still amazed how juicy the hamburgers are...even through I have had many over the years I still can say they are the best in Boulder. On my last visit I had the pleasure of enjoying some of the amazing cheeses and olive selections....along with a glass of Champaign and good friends...what more could anyone ask for from a chef, owner, wait staff or community 5 star restaurant? They've added some great dishes and artisan pizzas to their menu. Lots of gluten free options, too. And their specials…. delicious!
