The caregiver (Cynthia Barrera) I received from Carelix was very caring, patient and loving towards my father. He so enjoyed seeing her on her days. She was a life saver for me as I had too much on my plate. I thank God for bringing her into our home to have been able to have that extra help brings joy to any family! (Thank you, Cynthia)

Hopefully I can give you zero stars. I have been a care giver for several clients through Carelinx for over four years. It has always been difficult to reach a real person is I need assistance or want to report something to a care advisor but since the new app it has been impossible to reach anyone for an entire month. I've called at least 15 times in March because I am not able to use the app for payment for the entire month and never once has anyone returned my calls. This Trash corporation changed there system so that you cant back date timesheets! I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID and its impossible to get an human being to even talk to! you cant even use there website to add timesheet so if you dont have a working phone you dont get paid. wage theft at it finest.
