They have changed their app, and it’s now much more difficult for caregivers to submit shifts and times unless it’s entered the same day. You also can't do your schedule very far in advance especially if trying to go into the next year (even though we are less than 3 months away from next year). The app used to be so easy to use!! Between their app being full of issues the recruitment staff taking months to accomplish anything once you begin working you may or may not be paid . Would not recommend
You can not even accept bookings and when you apply for a job they make it so difficult anyone looking for care in Houston reach out toodles
Basic Membership includes unlimited caregiver messaging, schedule video interviews and hiring of caregivers directly yet a care advisor who calls you and wants to take your information which is already on the website and they want to find you someone. I messaged 10 supposed caregivers from the site. I should have known when none of the work experience was recent that these people would not be available for immediate hire.
