Had ankle surgery. No show 2 days in a row.
Don't do it. Did an assessment for a new client, the app wouldn't submit my timesheet, I called the office, they said they would take care of it, and IT WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF!!! Not one person called, emailed text me to find out what happened. And if course there was s nothing they will do about. And people wonder why STNAs are leaving the medical field. Just a little part of it here.
Horrible customer service. I was charged after canceling my membership and they refused even a partial refund. There is also a lack of quality caregivers on this site, do not waste your time or money.
I would not even give them 1 star. I had a hip replacement and needed basic home care after coming home. Took them 12 days to find someone to help, left her multiple messages with no call back from her. Called them back to see if they had someone else, was told it would be another 10days to find someone. With hip replacement you can not bend over so I needed help with bathing and getting dressed.
