Basic Membership includes unlimited caregiver messaging, schedule video interviews and hiring of caregivers directly yet a care advisor who calls you and wants to take your information which is already on the website and they want to find you someone. I messaged 10 supposed caregivers from the site. I should have known when none of the work experience was recent that these people would not be available for immediate hire. I am new with CareLinx. My care advisor Stefanie put me to work today for four hours, and I clock in into Carelinx app.in my cellphone once I get in my patient's residence. Meeting my client we had a nice conversation. She introduced herself and the care she needed me to provide. She asked me about myself too. The care advisor assigned, Paul, was horrible, incompetent etc etc. Repeatedly sent texts, never answered the phone, never called back until weeks later asked for my availability but never called during those times, and I am pretty sure its either a BOT or someone who does not not listen to voicemails and just goes by phone number on who calls. I will not do business with these people.
