It seems impossible to get them to actually hire you. I have spent 4 month trying to get hired on for a family who has requested me. Would not waste your time paying for their services or you time trying to get through to anyone. Case managers seem to be a joke and I don’t think they actually exist at this point.
NO SHOW 3 times in a row, among many other issues. The so called Caregivers they provide are Rude, Neglectful, etc. They don't use actual Caregivers. Very Unreliable. DO NOT USE this company. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIORS.
I gave these people $135 for 4 hours of care. The person was supposed to show up take me to a surgery stay there with me and then bring me home. The person didn't show up. I had to reschedule a crucial surgery, this devastated me I was in a lot of pain. Luckily I've had the surgery since then and I'm have no more pain. I got my money back! It took 3 weeks to get my money back. I don't recommend using these people.
Carelinx is a JOKE. I had folks to care for here but MOST are 1 to 2 hours away! Not worth the pay! I continue to have issues with the app. I had to sign a legal agreement before I could work one day. I am on time for my jobs so I didn't have time to read the agreement before I was FORCED to agree to it. They will not send me the paper copies and I continue to have issues.
