Very poor customer service. We purchased a top line lift chair for my mom for over $3,000 in June. There was a good warranty on the product so we had no concerns about the purchase. Since then we had to have service come out twice on it. Second time they weren’t able to correct the problem so they charged us $150 to have it picked up and taken to Grand Rapids for repair. Horrible care given. Friend sat in a pee soaked bed for hours until a family member noticed and had to tell them to change the bedding. There is no excuse for this. This women needs help to get to the bathroom and they cant even get her there and let her piss herself. How dare you people treat another human being like this. Do your damn jobs right. I plan on calling the proper people to get this place looked into. You should all be asahmed of yourselves!
Not good. It's all about the money
Great place! Seen some bad reviews in the past but is much improved. My friend received excellent care by really friendly staff. I was impressed. Night shift had some issues but was fixed in a jiffy when we talked about it,( Can't complain). Food was really good for a institution like this. It really surprised us. Rooms were very good. Nice and clean with plenty of space. Housekeeping was right on. We had a good stay and appreciate everything the people did for us. thank you, Joe
