It was founded as a collaboration of four elder care providers, including Saint Antoine Residence, Steere House, the Scandinavian Home and the Saint Elizabeth Community. The network features independent and supported housing, nursing home care, and skilled and specialty units. CareLink offers behavioral health and substance abuse treatments. It also offers Medicare-certified home and personal care, adult day health programming and emergency response systems. CareLink is located in Providence, R.I.
