They NEVER call when the caregiver isn't going to come. If they would call and let me know then I could make sure to check on my mom who has mild dementia. So, therefore, since I think the caregiver is coming, I don't call to make sure my mom has taken her meds. And if the caregiver tells me they aren't coming the company never sends a substitute. The person that came over to help out didn’t know or listen to anything that she was told . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone . They don’t call till after the worker is supposed to be at your house to tell you that the worker isn’t coming this has happened twice .
