Very unprofessional!! I would never trust them again. We had trouble with a nurse and when asked to have an accident report filled out for an incident that happened I never got it resolved which lead me to search for another company. Matter of fact they still have yet to pick up their binder on my daughter and it's been a year. Its hard to cover some areas but PSA is definitely better and they try to accommodate every patents need. Funny the manager rated her own company a 5 star, this is definitely not a 5 star company.
