CARELINK cares more about maintaining relationships with abusive Landlords than protecting their clients from that abuse. I was drunk dialed by a former Slum Lord that they introduced me to. They refused to even call him and tell him to stop. With another slumlord they entered a financial agreement without my consent. They paid the slumlord bills for repairs they knew were fraudulent and then tried to get me as a client who left the apartment spotless to pay.
