Carelink at the beginning was great or should I say Kirsten is the one I associated with and had no problems with but lately it's been terrible I'm in between workers and it seems they can't find a worker for me especially one that does her or his job and doesn't sit on her phone to hours , I have to rely on myself to try to clean my apartment and take out the trash , do dishes etc and everything a worker would do even though I can hardly stand up verylong let alone walk too far but I guess somehow I will try all because nob... read more
Most days...yes...today, my m-I-l’s care giver arrived for the morning, only to be called away to another location. We were not notified, nor did they send a substitute! This was not the fault of the care giver, but a FAIL by the office staff!
RecommendedExcellent staff! When my husband passed the supervisor stayed on the phone with me until I was okay and even came to the funeral. I could not say better things about CareLink, they were always there for me
