Beware of ALL your billing. Multiple times have called me for payments when I had already paid. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. I'm not talking once or twice...but a lot. FINAL STRAW billinged me for items I did not order. "Sent to me" when I was out of state and have no such items. Manger stated she'd take care of, yet still billed. Paid it today to be done and transferred my care. I feel an audit should be done.
Dan is a great asset to CareLinc. He patiently and thoroughly explained to me how to use my new cpap machine, stopping to ensure I understood. Together and without pressure, we decided on the best mask for me. Dan was so considerate, taking the time to listen and making me feel at ease. I actually left confident and excited about starting my cpap journey!
Today I picked up my bipap machine from CareLinc in Alpena. I was SO pleased with the excellent experience I had dealing with Dan! He patiently answered all of my many questions, showed me everything I needed to know about the equipment, and helped me pick out the most suitable mask. He was very professional & kind! The ladies working the counter were super friendly also! Thank you for making me feel like I really mattered. Highly recommend!!!
