Great occupational injury and bio health management system, from the initial discussion through to the implementation of the software the CareLever team have been fantastic. Highly Recommended
Terrible customer service and extremely lacking support. Website is broken, and after being on hold or 10 minutes to their presumably overseas call centre, they end the call. The online chat is an AI and even when you ask for a human team member they introduce themselves and then stop replying. Extremely unhelpful and a difficult service to navigate.
