After raising rates without prior notice, I went to cancel our insurance through them. Even though they had billed us for 2 years, they couldn’t find us in the system. Two hours later, nothing resolved not sure how these scam artists are still in business.
I have been billed twice a year ($99) for at least the past 5 years for the subscription I cancelled 6 or 7 years ago. I was able to finally get one (1) refund for $99.00. I've attempted to get the attention of the CEO (STEWART SWEDA) with multiple emails to what I assume is the correct email address. These people/company owe me close to $1000. This isn't an amount I can afford to lose. If anyone has any advice for me, Please feel free.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service, takes forever and many people to get anything communicated. They make errors in paperwork when you sign up. Very disappointing.
