I've never been to the actual location. This review is for their scheduling portal services. After waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone I managed to get an appointment for a day when my clinic isn't even open. I call back and there is no record of me making such an appointment, even though I received the confirmation texts. Someone at IT is terrible at their job. The nurses or whoever answer the phone are nice enough I guess.
