Needing care like this is stressful, and emotionally draining- Caregivers made this as supportive as possible. Each aide has been exceptionally competent and kind. The office staff really tries to solve problems and communicate quickly. I have used other services for my parents; this was for my husband and I am exceptionally glad I chose Caregivers.
Caregivers of America has provided care with an aide now for the last few years for my elderly mother. My mom's care coordinator has always been attentive to my mom's needs and requests. With myself not being a resident of Florida, it gave me comfort that she was receiving the assistance she needed while maintaining her independence. My mom has had aides from Caregivers over the past several years. She has been extremely happy with the care and the way these women have treated her. They have been dependable and treated her with kindness and respect. I would absolutely recommend them !!!
