I have only been with CAREGIVERS for two weeks. The first day that that agency sent someone to me, this aide did a very poor job; in my opinion. I had her to clean my bathroom. There was evidence that she didn't sweep the floor, didn't clean my sink, and toilet. She didn't even ask whether she could do the mirror which she must have noticed. CareGivers takes excellent care of my grandmother, who has Alzheimer’s. My grandfather was getting overwhelmed with her care, and I no longer live in the Elmira area to pitch in.
