Would have given a “zero” if possible. They tell someone is coming and then no one shows up. Not very reliable.
This company does not even deserve this one star. I am completely disgusted with how they treat their residents. I could get into very deep detail, but I want to hold off until I get in touch with the owner of this degrading service they give to a friend of mine. I want this place to be shut down - immediately! A short example would be how this is a GROUP HOME FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED and the employees have taunted, belittled and have stolen jewelry out of the residents rooms.
