great provider if home health care!
We have a caregiver for about a year, everyone we had dealt with has been absolutely caring and great with my father. We have dealt with other agencies that were more of a business feel, this company feels more personal with their clients and family. Everyone from the caregivers to the office staff has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.
If I could give no stars I would. I had a horrible time when a owner and another person from this company visited my great grandfather home uninvited without calling ahead which is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Speaking rudely to me when I opened the door for them walking in without permission and not acknowledging the owner of the home, my great grandfather, who was enjoying his breakfast from Dunkin’ I bought him. If I could give it 0 stars I would.the young girl was flat out lazy...self entitled and rude where she actuallh threatened me and did not have the knowledge needed to give my father the care he deserves.she up and left today not even telling me while iIwas in cellar therefore she left and my father was unattended for some time.if the supervisor had listened to me regarding how this was not a good match up n..he could have been spared all the chaos from yesturday and today. I’m very happy with the attention the service provided. Whenever I call, staff is easily reached. The owner is available 24/7 and calls back even after hours. Visits to the home are a regular occurrence unannounced to make sure services are being provided as specified. Staff is dedicated. The payroll manager, Jeffrey, made a house call to tighten up a walker my mom was using that had become unsafe because of constant use.
