The new company that took over (Modivcare), dose not have the same family values as Simplura or CGA. They tell you that they are family oriented but they are not it's about the almighty $$$. I brought my struggle with child care and bussing schedule for my kids up months in advance with my director and upper level staff and they couldn't find away to work with me, so when my youngest became school age the kids bus schedual and Caregiver needs were unattainable after covid for a few years in the tristate area (Milford PA). My mom had an aide from Care Givers Milford PA. She was constantly having trouble with the company not paying her. She was wonderful with my mom. My mom cried and is grieving since she left. Now we don't know if she'll get another care taker. They never even called her to tell her the aide wasn't coming back. Very unprofessional. I wonder how many clients and staff are suffering the same fate. I know it's difficult to find good help, I did it for many years.
