Very poor communication between Caregivers and family members. No issues with the workers, but when a worker is on holidays ( much deserved holidays, I might add) there are times when there isn't a worker to replace the one on holidays and family members are not notified of this,leaving our love one without any care for the day. This is a frequent occurrence,sadly☹️Totally unacceptable !!!
