As the owner of a non-medical home care agency, I’ve had a great experience with Caregiver University. The training is easy to use, and our caregivers really like it. They say it’s simple to follow and works well on their phones. The customer service is also very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, it’s been a great training program for our team, and I would definitely recommend it to other agencies.
