We had a good experience with this agency Until 1 day, they stopped services for our boys and left us without services or explanation even though my children had approvals for both their medicaid services as well as their healthcare services and wouldn't even return our phone calls or emails. Multiple times they were not providing services to us because there were staff shortages and caretaker was late without explanation.
Our Aide, Maureen epitomizesthe type of person a family would want caring for their loved one. This person, Maureen is totally dedicated to providing prompt attention to my loved ones needs all throughout her time shift EVERY DAY of the week! Her communication skills are excellent. her punctuality is above reproach. Her willingness to be available in an emergency is exemplary.
