I have two significant issues with Tom, the Owner of Carefree Spas. First, he replaced my heating element for over $650, quickly failing; second, he took my newer spa cover without authorization and requested I buy a new one from him. I had hired Tom to fix my spa's heating element. However, when I returned home, I found Tom had been in my backyard without my consent or knowledge. We bought our Coast Spa from Carefree Spas as a housewarming gift to ourselves three years ago and we couldn't be happier with it. We honestly use it between 5-7 times a week. And Tom & Karen have been wonderful. Tom has been able to handle almost every question I've had over the phone -- the one time he couldn't he made a special trip out and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes. We will be a customer for life.
I would like to thank Frank of Carefree Spas. He was every considerate of my problem with my spa. He got back to me expeditiously and aided in rectifying my problem in a speedy matter. I will always use and refer Carefree Spas / Frank for any spas or hot tubs repairs. GREAT JOB and thanks again. Five Star
