Had a problem with my pool cover stuck half open called carefree they had Ken the Service specialist at my house within the hour he was friendly and fast corrected my problem and we can enjoy our pool again the charge was fair very happy with carefree service

I own a vacation rental that has a pool with an automatic cover. The guests broke the rope that closes the cover. I call Carefree pools on Monday. They told me that it would probably be about a week to get someone out to repair it. They came on Tuesday, did the repair and literally got me back on track! I can't thank Carefree pools enough! Exemplary service that is much appreciated!!
