These awnings are not meant to get wet. At all. They tell you to close the slide any time it rains. Also you can't let your AC run onto the awning. Any water marks on the awning voids your warranty. We ordered one the rep told us was waterprood. Their were several delays in shipping and no one could tell us what was going on. Finally got it, and upon installation we noticed immediately that the sides were tight where it was sewn, but the center had so much extra slack that it was sagging and you could use your hand to make w... read more
