I have used Carefree over the last 5 years but recently their level of service and customer support has gone way down. For example, I setup a spring turn-on service but when the technician came to my house, he just stood on the porch on his phone rather than knock on the door or press the door bell. When I called the office, they sounded very confused and were of no help. They promised a call back that day but no one bothered to call. For a company that has been around so long this was a real disappointment.
