Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable! He responded quickly to my request for a quote and was very communicative. The price was right and the service was top notch. We have an old tub and the finish was in rough shape, but it seriously looks like a brand new tub now. I'm really happy with the results!
Owner does not honor the warrantee. I had my bathtub reglazed on 6/1/22. The first chip showed very soon after. I ignored it and thought maybe I did something to cause it. Over two years, it had multiple chips and was peeling in 2 spots. I reached out to the owner multiple times beginning July of 2024. Eventually he texted asking for photos.
