Bud made so many costly mistakes on our order and he would not own up to his mistakes. We asked for a cabinet without a lazy susan but received a cabinet with a lazy susan. We ordered a small island identical to the island in the showroom. Bud told us it didn’t come with spice racks so we would have to order them and have them mounted on the doors. When we received the island it had spice racks inside the cabinet and on the doors which means we paid for two spice racks we don’t want. When we pointed out his mistakes he said ... read more
Carefree was a great experience for my Wife and I! Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, eager to help and pleasant to be around. Their sales team worked with us get the exact cabinets we were looking for. The process was simple and they went above and beyond to assist our remodel.
We paid top dollar for decent quantity kitchen cabinets. That is not a problem. But when you are paying that kind of money you are expecting decent service. Even though we paid top dollar My wife and I had to go there twice to pick up material. Terri our kitchen design person came over our house and measured everything and with my wife's input they designed the kitchen.
