I called Carefree twice, back in April and June, about a possible leak and a sprinkler head not coming on. I was told that someone would come out and look at it. No one ever came, and hundreds of dollars of brand new plants died this summer. Fast forward to late October, people finally show up, repair it without informing me of cost, and send me a bill in the mail for $500. They have no email, no website, and no other ways to contact them except for phone. Very disappointing.

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional, I’ve been getting the run around with this company since May. Called about getting my irrigation turn on and having a back flow testing done. Someone came out unannounced to turn on the irrigation system, he didn’t fully check to see if the irrigation was working. I received a bill a couple days late for the the irrigation system and back flow testing which was never done. I’ve had to call so much that they stop answering my calls.
