DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We called this clown Andy C. to winterize our sprinkles. Everytime he said he would show up to do it he wouldn t show. We had to keep calling and calling. WE said we would leave a check for him when the job was complete. Well when he finally showed up he TOOK the check and called my Fiance up after and said the job wasn t complete and he had to come back. We were already concerned that the system was going to freeze. This is the worst service I've ever received. The business owner was rude and inconsistent. He never showed up when he said he would and sent his staff instead to do cheap, shoddy work. When I confronted Andy about this he was rude and disrespectful and maintained that he "did not need my business." so I took it elsewhere and have been happy since. carefree couldn't care less about their customers :(

I agree with the above poster. This company is horrible to work with. Took 3 months additional time to complete. Often did not show up when they were supposed to...for install or blowouts. Customer service was horrible as well...whomever the woman was answering the phones.
Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Job took months, and was never completed. Owner has an awful, abusive attitude on top of it.
Great company, we have been using the services of carefree irrigation for six years now.. We are looking forward to opening our system in the spring..It is also nice to know that if in fact we have snow plow damage, at least we know the pricing will be fair. Thanks Guys.. Janet S... Hollis NH
