STAY FAR AWAY from this builder! Care Free has provided us with nothing but terrible customer service since starting the building process. No one ever returned any of my phone calls, and to make matters worse, their representatives would get annoyed when I would ask questions. They rushed us into picking a floor plan but instead ended up building the model of their choosing because "the permits were already in," according to them.
