Overall experience was average at best. Wood floor installers definitely not true professionals. Always seemed rushed and often confused. Had to tear out one room and replace due to running in the wrong direction. Several chipped tiles at transitions, which they tried to hide, we’ll just find the chip and glue it back in. Helper dumped over a bucket of grout and was cursing and swearing at the top of his lungs. My wife was horrified to say the least. Brian and the entire staff at Carefree Floors are terrific to deal with. They are always friendly and prompt. Carefree Floors has replaced carpet in two rooms, installed LVP in another and cleaned carpets for us over the years. I highly recommend you consider them for your flooring needs.
We undertook an extensive remodel of our house. The interaction with Carefree Floors is decidedly mixed and can be rated as follows: Ownership 2* * Sales 5* Tile installation 2* Countertop installation 1* Floor Installation 4* In sum, they seem to do well on small items but have a very difficult time with more complex, larger projects that is handicapped by an abrasive site supervisor (when he shows up). Brian came to our home at the appointed time. Our goal was to get a price on new carpets. Brian suggested he would send in his carpet cleaners at no charge to see if he could get spots out we were unable to in one of the rooms to save the job being a bigger one. This was done successfully. The carpets were replaced in 3 other rooms. The price was reasonable and the workmanship outstanding and fast. Cleanup was great.We couldn't be more pleased. We will get Carefree Floors in the future. Thank you everyone at Carefree Floors.
