Absolutely the worst customer service oriented establishment I have ever in my life dealt with. They did some wood flooring on my home that did not line up room to room. The owner said it didn't matter because it was a different room (same room, same space). He eventually changed it out. But refused to complete another portion of a different contract saying "if I was going to be that picky he didn't want to do any more work for me". Not kidding that's what he said. Beware of this guy.
Excellent company to work with. They were quick to call me back schedule an appointment and get my floors measured. Very happy with their service. I live long distance and they were even able to mail out samples of product to me.
Kevin and his professional staff are the perfect company to redo floors. They strive for perfection at a reasonable price!
Overall experience was average at best. Wood floor installers definitely not true professionals. Always seemed rushed and often confused. Had to tear out one room and replace due to running in the wrong direction. Several chipped tiles at transitions, which they tried to hide, we’ll just find the chip and glue it back in. Helper dumped over a bucket of grout and was cursing and swearing at the top of his lungs. My wife was horrified to say the least. Brian and the entire staff at Carefree Floors are terrific to deal with. They are always friendly and prompt. Carefree Floors has replaced carpet in two rooms, installed LVP in another and cleaned carpets for us over the years. I highly recommend you consider them for your flooring needs.
