I am very impressed with how this office has continued to be run. The doctor was wonderful, the staff always helpful, and the traveling manager was just a wonderful person I happened to meet while visiting. If you are looking for an efficient, kind, patient doctor and staff, this is a great place to get your eye services done.
This was the best experience from start to finish. Dr. Loe is as good as they come and went over all my options and ended up showing me things I didn’t know existed. These are the best glasses by far and the experience was also really impressive. Alex was so informative and nice and helped me pick out multiple pairs. I seriously could not have been more impressed.
I've had wonderful experiences at this location. Dr. Loe is very knowledgeable, professional, and always so courteous and helpful! And Alex, Gwen, and the rest of the team provided excellent service, especially with my many needs and requests! I've purchased 2 pairs of glasses, as well as contacts and very happy with all of it.
All the staff were great. As a new patient, Brandon got me in right away. Dr. Loe was incredible with explaining everything he was examining and answered all my inquiries. Alex helped suggest different frames for me based on my facial structure. Thank you!
Quick appointment with no wait. Dr. took his time and explained everything. He was super knowledgeable about genetic issues. From checking in to picking out frames, everyone was super nice and helpful.
