We brought Lilo in because of a fractured tooth and becasue Carefree Dentistry was highly recommended by another veterinarian we know. The team took great care of her, stayed in constant contact throughout the day and showed the rare mix of compassion and exceptional medical skill to diagnose the issue, explain the options available and then treat her. I have had 4 dogs treated by Dr Wingo and staff. The care given to each of the dogs was exemplary. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Explanations are painstakingly thorough, with explanations that are understandable. They have my undying appreciation and respect.
Our total experience at Carefree Dentistry and Oral Surgery for Animals was exceptional. Dr. Wingo first thoroughly examined our female Maltese and patiently explained every treatment step. We are very pleased to write this 5-star review. Dr. Wingo and staff are a group of people that are exceptionally good at all levels of their veterinary dental practice. Our dog, Hershey, gets excellent care, we get detailed explanation for everything in the beginning hence there are no surprises, the communication during and after the procedure is excellent and the post appointment calls from Dr. Wingo and a staff member shows that they have genuine concern for our Hershey's well being.
