RecommendedPaul and Roland have made our boating experiences in Lake Geneva so wonderful. We were part of another boat club prior to Carefree but were limited to one kind of boat. With Carefree, we have 3 options depending on our group or our needs for each outing. It feels more like a family than just a boat rental program. So friendly and also helpful. They keep making things better each year. We love it and recommend it to everyone!

We joined last August and really liked the club; however, the availability of pontoon boats on summer weekends has changed significantly this summer. Having to reserve a pontoon boat 3-4 weeks in advance is not what we signed up for or experienced last year. I have written 3 survey replies complaining about the lack of access and equipment not working properly - NO reply.
