Carefree Boat Club is 100% the best boating option in the Long Island sound. Launching for Westchester and from southern CT, for one membership fee we get access to 50+ high quality boats that are perfect for day trips all over the sound and even to NYC / the Statue of Liberty! Relative to owning your own boat, there is no comparison, it is so much better. The boats are cleaned, fueled and ready to go. Staff is fantastic and helps load and unload. Even if you have limited boating experience, this is the way to go!
I have been using the Rye location of the CareFree Boat Club now for at least 5-6 years. It has ample parking, super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, etc. I often pickup drinks or sandwitches at one of the few delis that are on the way to the marina. Or stop by a nearby bait shop for bait. Overall a very convenient location. Multiple boats to choose from and all of them are only a year or two old. The club staff are amazing. DON'T JOIN TO THIS CLUB THEY SCAMMED BECAUSE I WAS LATE FOR 15 MIN AND CHARGE ME LATE FEE AND CANCEL ME MEMBERSHIP AND DONT WANT RETURN MONEY I PAID FOR JOIN , I LOST $3,000 IN LESS THE 10 DAY THE RYE NY ARE THE THAT COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS. I REGRET 100 TIMES HAVING ENTERED AND LOSING SO MUCH MONEY IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS. DONT JOIN BECAUFUL
