Excellent Pre-Sales service. AWFUL, NON-EXISTENT post sales experience. We had our system installed about 3 months ago. The pre sales service is excellent. They went out of their way to ensure that we were kept abreast of what the ETA was for installation and they answered all of our questions. The installation went off without a hitch. Last month one of the Mitsubishi units started putting out very bad odors. We called them and they sent a technician over.
