I had posted a glowing review six months ago, thanks to a couple of devoted caregivers. In the interim, however, 100% of care-related problems, including scheduling, have simply been either ignored or referred back to me to resolve. This has meant my being left without necessary assistance clearly laid out in my care plan, despite many, many promises of remedying extremely well-documented concerns. I would have simply deleted my very positive review, incidentally, had Google allowed that.
It would appear that CareForce does not want to take Aging and Disability funded clients. We used their service for my mother-in-law as a private pay client and they gave us good service. Now we are trying to get service again funded by Aging and Disability, and they have successfully avoided all my calls, emails, and voicemails. I even signed up new on their web page and nothing! It's more than disappointing, it's infuriating. I told them if they didn't want to take Aging and Disability clients then why is their name on the... read more
