First appointment this morning! Thankful for the care I received. The nurse was very gentle with my wound and informative :)
Incompetent admin staff and questionable care workers. Not very transparent or capable of honoring agreements or accommodations. Clarifying mistakes or miscommunications ends in no progress and staff throwing their own colleagues under the bus.
I read a lot of the reviews. It seems all the negative ones have to do with the in-home PSW workers. Unfortunately I can't comment on that since that's not the service I'm using. I've been going to Carefor (Belfast clinic) every two days for wound care for a couple of years now (I'm a special, complicated case). The wound care nurses are just amazing, same goes with Mira and Martine at the front desk. My primary care nurse is Anic, who is just simply awesome!
