I have heard stories from former clients that some PSW’s have indicated that their clients were seen even if there was no answer from the client themselves. My fiancée (now deceased) was a client of the company. It was brought to my attention that the PSW claimed that my fiancée had been seen on January 11th of last year. rude, don't listen, repeat questions because they don't listen. end up going over the same questions with every person because they seemingly don't keep records and I still have to repeat. y'all... people who need your help are exhausted. LISTEN BETTER! edit to add, since I can't reply: I recommend the director goes onsite with the workers. Go see for yourself. I am not wasting more of my time.
